As a substitute with us, you will be called in as needed, for example, when regular staff are absent.
The work involves actively participating in the children's group and performing the usual tasks in the preschool. Outdoor activities are a natural part of the operation and are included in the daily work.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, positive, and does not hesitate to take initiative when the situation requires it.
You enjoy collaborating in a team and like working with children of different ages. You find it easy to build good relationships with both children, guardians, and colleagues.
As a person, you are secure, attentive, and have a positive attitude. In the recruitment process, we place great importance on your personal qualities as well as your commitment and interest in the assignment.
The Falkenberg Montessori Preschools Foundation has been running preschool activities in Falkenberg for over 40 years. We operate four preschools located in Skogstorp, Skrea, Centrum, and Vessigebro. Our operations are run without profit motives by parents who have children with us.
Every day, we strive to meet the children based on their interests and needs, to create a safe, meaningful, and developmental preschool experience.
